With your donation, you help Family Resource Center’s efforts to lower barriers to services. Your gift supports our collaborative work to increase access and protect programs at 18 health and
human services organizations serving 35,000 people each year, half of them children.
With your contribution, you will help us to help Eastside families avoid homelessness, remain healthy and get the help they
need.
Our annual fund Our annual fund supports efforts to increase access for a diverse Eastside. Over half of the visitors to the Eastside Community Health Center on our campus speak a language
other than English, and the Center is committed to developing tools and programs allowing all Eastsiders to find the help they need.
The fund supports expanding outreach. If we can make more churches,
more neighborhood groups and more youth groups aware of the broad range of available services, we can direct people to our center before they are homeless, before a minor health need becomes an emergency room visit
or unemployment creates a crisis.
Our annual fund increases access by maintaining and improving a unique community asset. By supporting the costs of repair and operation on the Eastside’s human
services campus, you help us to keep agency costs low and more programs available.

Other ways to support the Center:
The Fulfilling Our Vision campaign Thanks to the Center's Fulfilling Our Vision campaign to pay down the mortgage, lease rates at the 18 agencies
providing services from the Center were reduced by 15%. Hopelink gained $16,000 each year for programs, while Community Health Centers of King County garnered $12,000. All Family Resource Center agencies benefited.
Friends of Youth planned to use the $5,000 it gained each year to keep The Landing, a Bellevue shelter for 18 to 24 year olds, open an extra night each week. "That's not a small thing to the kids who are
sleeping at a bus stop," noted its President, Howard Finck. Contributions continue to be accepted for this campaign.
Eastside Volunteer Fair Sponsorships Family Resource Center produces the
Eastside Volunteer Fair yearly to provide a "one-stop" opportunity for the community to identify volunteer opportunities in which they would like to participate. $500 business sponsorships are sought
yearly to support this event benefiting as many as 50 nonprofit agencies and the many Eastsiders seeking a way to "weave themselves into the community". Our fair is held yearly in April.
